My journey began after marrying into the field. Together with my late husband I co-directed an award winning, highly respected, well established multi-branch independent Estate Agents within the Northwest. Leading a large team with a personal focus on our premium properties, delivering a five star service with a strong focus on property presentation and negotiations.

In 2014, I earned my qualification from the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA), further solidifying my commitment to professionalism in the industry. Before entering the property industry, I spent 10 years with an international company. This role offered a unique opportunity to travel the world and deliver outstanding customer service. During this time, my role included designing ‘Customer Service Excellence’ training programs.
Approach to Service
Understanding clients expectations and delivering a premium service has always been at the heart of my professional ethos. My focus has consistently been on the premium property market, where I emphasize a truly personal and bespoke approach for each client, from the initial point of contact through to the final key handover. Selling premium properties is a complex process, requiring a tailored strategy for every seller. As a personal, luxury Estate Agent, I deliberately limit the number of clients and properties I represent, ensuring I can provide a truly specialist five-star service. Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf and spending time at the gym. My weekends are often spent exploring the beautiful countryside of the Northwest.
